Permanent Repairs to Concrete

The repair of concrete is a major problem that is now easily addressed with specialty, easy-to-use kits.
Factors that need to be weighed when selecting the right repair compound, range from depth and size of pothole, crack, or expansion joint, movement in the area, to temperatures during the actual repair.
Delta even offers products to repair walls and ceilings…Ease of use of epoxy, latex and polyester formulas, even allow the repair to be made in less than 1 hour, and will work in sub-zero temperatures, and are designed to be permanent.
New research has allowed for “minimum preparation” of the surface to be repaired; often just cleaning and removing embedded broken pieces is sufficient. Repairs are simple in even the harshest environments, and often with virtually no “shut-down” in plant operations. Products will easily take forklift and heavy traffic.
Ideal for distribution warehouses, cement slabs, bridges and tunnels, airplane runways, loading docks, food processing plants, driveways and general production facilities.

with the liquid concrete filler. in the event that cracks in a floor slab were to be filled if a conrete screed were to be placed over that slab to level the floor will it have any effects on the filler used?

Thank you for your inquiry. There will not be any affect as you describe on repairing the crack. The pourable crack filler will penetrate and seal all the surrounding area and will bond to what it touches.

Re Expansion joint sealant
I have concrete sidewalks that used pressure treated wood as expannsion joints; 0.75 inch thick. The wood is rotten and needs to be replaced. The sidewalks are done in peagravel.
I have two questions:
1. What colors does your product come in?
2. What is cost?
thank you,
Steve

Thanks for your inquiry. We recommend our latex repair material that finishes off completely smooth. It’s a kit that you just mix the special powder with the liquid provided and trowel down. If you need more information or would like to place an order, please call us at 1-800-473-3796

Just to make sure I understand this, when you mix the product you don’t need to use water ?
( directions say use 1 pint of liquid to 5lb of powder, I assume the liquid is the resin )
My boss has me putting it down and I am the worse handyman since Laural and Hardy, if I get fired will you guys give me a job please ?.
All the best, John.

Hi John. You are correct. Just mix the powder with the liquid provided. Equal ratio: Example: 1/4 of liquid with 1/4 of the powder. Add a little more powder for thicker consistency. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-473-3796

I have a section of concrete floor that a fork lift battery leaked on and stained it.
what can I use or do to get rid of the acid stain?

Thanks for your inquiry…. Battery acid stains are difficult to clean up. I would recommend our liquid citrux cleaner. You can dilute it for different strengths. Please call Bill Wilson for more information or to place an order. 800-473-3796
